Roles and Responsibilites
- Architect and execute talent acquisition strategies to fuel organizational growth.
- Responsible for driving end-to-end high-volume recruitment across multiple functions
- Partner with leadership to align hiring with business vision and objectives.
- Build strategic talent pipelines through innovative sourcing and partnerships.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency and impact.
Skills and qualifications
MBA with more than 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Strong exposure to hiring across FMCG, Retail, QSR, Hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team to achieve high-volume recruitment and operational targets.
- Proven expertise in scaling recruitment operations and driving strategic hiring.
- Strong command over analytics, workforce planning, and employer branding.
