Roles and Responsibilites

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale factory projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and capacity expansions. Develop project strategies, budgets, and timelines aligned with business growth objectives and capital plans. Drive execution from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, quality, and safety standards. Manage vendors and contractors for civil, mechanical, electrical, and utilities work, ensuring performance and compliance. Implement governance frameworks, safety protocols, and statutory compliance across all project phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and represent projects in leadership reviews. Build and mentor a high-performing project management team to support scale and capability development.

Skills and qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical; MBA preferred. Experience: 12–18 years in industrial projects, with minimum 5 years leading large-scale greenfield/brownfield factory setups. Core Competencies: Strong commercial acumen and cost optimization mindset In-depth knowledge of statutory norms, EHS standards, and utilities design Excellent vendor management and stakeholder communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
