Roles and Responsibilites
- Full P&L Ownership & Financial Acumen:
Solely responsible for the profitability of all outlets by managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Drives sales optimization, rigorous cost control (especially labor and food cost), and implements corrective measures to hit financial targets.
2.Operational Excellence & Compliance:
Oversees all day-to-day operations, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, brand guidelines, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Drives efficiency, minimizes wastage, manages vendor relationships, and ensures smooth execution of all new store openings (NSOs).
- Team Leadership & Culture:
Leads, mentors, and develops Area/Store Managers, fostering a high-performance culture with clear KPIs.
Responsible for building talent pipelines to support future leadership needs.
- Exceptional Customer Experience:
Champions customer delight and is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service and speed across all cafes.
Drives customer satisfaction and loyalty through audits and effective execution of brand promotions.
5.Strategic Growth:
Collaborates directly with the CEO on business strategy, expansion plans, and new market development.
Supports strategic initiatives like menu innovation, pricing, and leveraging digital tools for process improvement.
Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Head of Operations role is a seasoned F&B/QSR/café professional with 10-15 years of experience, including 5+ years in multi-store leadership, who possesses a proven track record of delivering full P&L ownership and financial targets. This leader must be analytical and data-driven, capable of establishing scalable systems (SOPs, tech tools, dashboards) while maintaining a hands-on, collaborative, and people-first leadership style. Key technical expertise includes a deep understanding of café operations, supply chain, and food safety norms, all underpinned by an obsessive passion for both operational excellence and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
