Roles and Responsibilites
- Brand & Positioning: Define narrative, values, and translate into communication, design, and engagement.
- Growth Marketing: Own CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels; lead paid digital campaigns; optimize unit economics.
- Channels: Balance D2C with marketplaces; explore quick commerce, retail pilots, and professional GTM.
- Retention & CRM: Manage lifecycle marketing; drive repeat purchases and basket size.
- Product Marketing: Partner on launches; run test-and-learn cycles for claims and positioning.
- Team & Culture: Build lean, high-output team; mentor marketers and creators.
- Insights: Use data to guide product, creative, and campaigns; represent consumer voice in leadership.
Skills and qualifications
We need:
• Deep brand management experience.
• Knowledge of scaling across channels, building consumer love, retail execution.
• Network of agencies, media, and talent.
