Roles and Responsibilites

  • Lead the full Investor Relations agenda & market communication
  • Represent the Company with the CFO at investor meetings, conferences & roadshows
  • Drive equity & debt fundraising across banks, institutions & capital markets
  • Manage term loans, WC facilities, NCDs & regulatory compliance
  • Support M&A evaluation, diligence & strategic investments
  • Build financial models, forecasts & high-impact presentations
  • Partner with leadership on capital allocation & Board communication

Skills and qualifications

  • CA or Pedigree MBA with 8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, in listed Companies.
  • Exceptional communication, articulation, and stakeholder management.
  • Executive presence with the ability to represent the Company externally.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and deep industry awareness.
  • High integrity with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented; thrives in high-pressure environments.
