15–25 years of experience in financial services, preferably in NBFCs, HFCs, or banks. Strong background in MSME secured lending, housing finance, LAP, or related secured credit products. Proven track record in scaling businesses, managing P&L, and driving operational excellence. Experience working with rural and semi-urban markets is highly desirable.
