Strategic Leadership & Growth
Provide overall leadership and direction, driving vision, culture, and long-term strategy.
Lead expansion into new geographies while strengthening the company’s presence in existing markets.
Champion new product innovations and green financing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Operational & Financial Management
Take full ownership of the company’s P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability and strong financial governance.
Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all business verticals.
Team Building & Organizational Development
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Skills and qualifications
15–25 years of experience in financial services, preferably in NBFCs, HFCs, or banks.
Strong background in MSME secured lending, housing finance, LAP, or related secured credit products.
Proven track record in scaling businesses, managing P&L, and driving operational excellence.
Experience working with rural and semi-urban markets is highly desirable.
