Proven expertise in managing complex supply chains, multi-channel fulfillment, and large-scale operations. Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and managing high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance metrics, data-driven decision-making, and operational tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
