Roles and Responsibilites
Develop and execute a comprehensive risk-based audit plan.
Strengthen internal controls, IFC and governance standards across the enterprise.
Lead audits across plants, operations, supply chain and support functions.
Present findings and improvement recommendations to senior management.
Drive adoption of technology, analytics and continuous monitoring in audit processes.
Lead, mentor and upskill a high-performing internal audit team.
Manage external auditors/consultants and optimize audit resources.
Conduct special reviews, investigations and emerging-risk evaluations when required.
Skills and qualifications
Chartered Accountant with 12–18 years of Internal Audit experience
Proven expertise in multi-unit / multi-location operations
Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in regulated and process-intensive industries preferred
