Known for strong manufacturing capabilities and consistent product quality, the company has built a solid presence across South and West India and is now scaling aggressively into new markets.

Roles and Responsibilites

- Lead the P&L and growth agenda for the wires category in Maharashtra. - Strengthen and scale distribution across Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, and other key markets. - Build strong relationships with electricians, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers. - Design and execute channel schemes, trade promotions, and GTM activities to drive market pull. - Collaborate with zonal sales teams to enhance productivity, coverage, and SKU penetration. - Conduct competition mapping, pricing intelligence, and channel analytics. - Manage demand planning, inventory, and forecasting for the wires vertical. - Ensure brand visibility, compliance, and product standards across retail touchpoints.

Skills and qualifications

- 8-14 years in wires & cables, electricals, or FMCG-electricals. - Strong understanding of the Maharashtra electrical trade ecosystem. - Experience in scaling categories or managing wire-specific portfolios. - Deep relationships with key electrical channel partners. - Execution-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in high-growth environments.
