1. Production Planning & Operations Lead end-to-end production operations for the Fans category across manufacturing units. Develop and execute monthly/annual production plans aligned with sales forecasts. Improve OEE, throughput, material efficiency, and reduce production downtime. 2. Cost & Process Optimization Drive cost efficiency through process improvements, automation, and vendor optimisation. Monitor and improve key KPIs: productivity, rejection percentage, yield, cost per unit, turnaround times. 3. Quality & Compliance Oversee quality systems, ensuring compliance with BIS, safety, and internal quality standards. Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to manufacturing SOPs. 4. New Product Development & Industrialization Partner with R&D / NPD teams for industrialisation of new fan models (ceiling, BLDC, premium ranges). 5. Workforce Management & Safety Manage plant workforce, shift planning, skill development, and safety processes.

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred). Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within consumer durables or electrical appliances Skills: Expertise in production planning and process optimization. Strong knowledge of BIS standards and quality systems. Proven ability to manage large teams and drive performance. Familiarity with automation and lean manufacturing practices. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
