Roles and Responsibilites

- Build and drive HR strategies aligned with business growth across both frontline and corporate teams. - Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession development for critical and leadership roles. - Strengthen HR operations, including payroll, compliance, policies, and labour law adherence for mixed workforce environments. - Implement performance management systems that support capability building, accountability, and high-quality execution. - Shape a positive, collaborative culture through engagement, communication, and development programs. - Partner closely with founders and business leaders to anticipate people needs and proactively manage HR risks.

Skills and qualifications

- MBA with 10+ years of progressive HR experience across scaling organisations. - Proven success managing end-to-end HR in fast-paced environments, handling both blue-collar and white- collar workforce needs. - Strong depth in business partnering, performance management, capability building, and HR operations. - Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills, with the ability to partner closely with founders. - Passionate about building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a growing consumer-focused company.
