Roles and Responsibilites
Lead and manage end-to-end back-office and BPO operations, ensuring predictable delivery, quality, and SLA adherence.
Build and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and QA frameworks to enhance consistency and operational rigor.
Partner with Product & Engineering teams to scope and deploy features that increase throughput and improve workflow efficiency.
Oversee vendor and BPO relationships with strong governance practices, performance tracking, and KPI management.
Establish benchmarks across speed, accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, CS, and Business teams for issue resolution and smooth operational execution.
Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks proactively while ensuring compliance with quality and process standards.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence across internal and external teams.
Skills and qualifications
9–12 years of experience in back-office operations, service delivery, or BPO management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong expertise in SLA governance, vendor management, process optimization, and operational scaling.
Proven ability to build workflows, drive automation, and make data-driven operational decisions.
Experience partnering with Product & Engineering teams on feature rollout and workflow improvements.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment aligned with US time zones.
