Roles and Responsibilites
Oversee entire business operations across South India, ensuring strong coverage, profitability, and consistent growth.
Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies, channel initiatives, and distributor management frameworks.
Lead and mentor zonal and area teams to ensure performance excellence and capability development.
Skills and qualifications
Graduate/MBA with 15–25 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution management.
Strong exposure to South Indian markets with proven experience in General Trade.
Demonstrated success in managing large teams and multi-state operations.
