• Lead and oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across all business units.
• Manage taxation and regulatory compliance, including GST, IND AS, FEMA, and Income Tax filings, assessments, and statutory obligations.
• Oversee monthly MIS closing, financial reporting, and consolidation, ensuring adherence to IND-AS standards and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors, including Big 4 firms, managing audit planning, coordination, and timely closure.
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and enhanced reporting frameworks to strengthen financial governance.
• Provide strategic financial insights and partner closely with General Managers to support data-driven business decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, budget variances, and key metrics, ensuring strong financial discipline across teams.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Controllership roles.
• Strong expertise in GST, FEMA, Income Tax, IND-AS, MIS closing, and experience working with Big 4 audits.
• Preferred experience in SaaS or startup ecosystems, with exposure to high-growth, product-led organizations.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across teams.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights.
