Roles and Responsibilites
End-to-end ownership of mission-critical, client-facing applications
Acting as the final architectural authority and technical escalation point
Leading and mentoring a 15+ member engineering team, including senior leads
Driving Agile rigor, delivery predictability, and engineering excellence
Designing and scaling multi-cloud, event-driven, highly resilient systems
Collaborating closely with Product, QA, and government stakeholders
Skills and qualifications
8–14 years of experience in software engineering and delivery
Proven senior technical leadership managing 10+ engineers
Hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, SQL, microservices, and cloud platforms
Experience building high-availability, data-intensive platforms
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on scale and impact
