About the Company
A fast-scaling digital advertising and commerce media organisation operating across APAC, partnering with global platforms to build high-performance affiliate, influencer, and performance marketing ecosystems. The company has established strong multi-market traction across China, Korea, SEA, and India, and is now strengthening its regional leadership layer to drive predictable growth, product localization, and enterprise-level GTM execution.
Roles and Responsibilites
Own the regional P&L for the APAC business, scaling revenue from ~$450K to $1M+ MRR while maintaining 20%+ contribution margins.
Drive multi-market adoption across China, Korea, SEA, and India through structured GTM motions and predictable execution.
Act as the primary commercial & operational counterpart to global partners, coordinating joint offerings, partnerships, and enterprise engagements.
Localize product offerings (Leads, CPS, Influencer, commerce solutions) to reflect market-specific needs and unlock new budgets.
Build unified operational discipline across markets through accurate forecasting, pacing, dashboards, and governance systems.
Mentor and build a lean, cross-market team including BizOps, Enablement, and Market Leads.
Integrate CJ solutions within the organisation’s broader commerce and full-funnel ecosystem.
Systemize agency and enterprise GTM to deepen penetration across Big 6 agencies and drive new logo acquisition.
Establish scalable publisher BD processes to ensure repeatable supply quality and outcome delivery.
Skills and qualifications
10–15 years of experience in affiliate, commerce media, adtech, or performance marketing, with regional P&L ownership.
Strong commercial leadership experience in enterprise and agency sales, ideally across APAC markets.
Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems, tracking, attribution, feeds, and commerce tech.
Highly disciplined operator with strength in forecasting, dashboards, and delivery governance.
Proven ability to localize global products into market-fit solutions.
Experience working in multi-market Asia environments with strong cross-cultural leadership.
Exceptional communication and narrative-building skills; able to represent the business credibly to CXOs, agencies, and partners.
