Roles and Responsibilites
- Own the talent management agenda covering PMS, succession planning, career frameworks and leadership pipelines
- Lead L&D, EVP and engagement initiatives to improve capability, retention and employee experience
- Design and implement HR policies and processes that strengthen performance and culture
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating talent insights into practical people solutions
- Use talent mapping and workforce insights to guide future capability and organization readiness
Skills and qualifications
- MBA in HR from a Tier-1 institute with 7–10 years of HRBP experience in a structured organisation
- Strong expertise in Talent Management including Performance Management Systems, Succession Planning (9-Box), career frameworks and talent mapping
- Experience in designing and driving L&D interventions, engagement surveys and EVP initiatives
- Proven ability to build HR policies, articulate people processes, and create senior-level presentations
- Demonstrated capability to influence leadership and drive a people-oriented culture across functions
