Roles and Responsibilites
-Monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements
-MIS reporting and dashboards
-Strengthen internal controls and SOPs
-Handle tax compliances and audit
-Ensure full compliance with Indian and US regulatory requirements
Skills and qualifications
-CA with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience
-Exposure to Indian accounting and USGAAP standards
-Prior experience handling finance and compliances in SAAS/AI ecosystem
-Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
