Roles and Responsibilites

-Drive overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting

-Oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, audit, and global compliances

-Lead cash flow management, working capital, and cost optimization

-Manage fundraising, investor relations, and lender relationships

-Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance

-Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Skills and qualifications

-CA with 18+ years progressive finance leadership experience

-Experience with well established setups as well as high growth Startups/new age companies

-Strong knowledge of Indian and global regulatory, tax, and accounting standards
