Zonal Sales Head- North/East (Building Materials)
About the Company
Our client is a leading brand in the building materials and infrastructure space
Roles and Responsibilites
- Develop and execute zone-specific sales strategies aligned with national objectives
- Achieve revenue and margin targets across pipes, tanks, and fittings
- Expand markets and strengthen distributor networks in underpenetrated territories
- Lead zonal teams, set KPIs, review performance, and build a high-achievement culture
- Build strong channel and customer relationships; resolve escalations effectively
- Ensure retail coverage, merchandising standards, product availability, and visibility
- Implement zonal marketing campaigns; evaluate promotions, schemes, and product launches
- Maintain financial discipline through budgeting, forecasting, credit management, and compliance
- Optimize inventory and supply chain; ensure stock rotation and prevent stockouts/overstocks
- Deliver MIS reporting, analyze sales trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
Skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
· 15 Years’ of Sales Management Experience in Plywood / Laminate / Sanitary ware / Paints / Glass or any building material Products
