About the Company

It is building an integrated healthcare ecosystem that combines primary care, diagnostics, and technology-enabled services to deliver end-to-end patient outcomes at scale.

Roles and Responsibilites

  1. Conceptualize, launch, and scale diagnostics business - labs, point-of-care testing, partnerships, and tech enablement.
  2. Define business model, pricing, unit economics, GTM strategy, and own full P&L responsibility.
  3. Set up lab operations, QA/QC frameworks, accreditation pathways (NABL, etc.), SOPs, and compliance.
  4. Build strategic alliances with equipment vendors, reference labs, hospitals, clinicians, and logistics partners.
  5. Drive digitization -LIS, integration with platforms, data analytics, and scalable workflows.
  6. Hire, mentor, and lead high-performance teams across operations, medical, sales, and partnerships.
  7. Expand footprint across geographies with a focus on affordability, access, and clinical excellence.

Skills and qualifications

  1. Founder / Co-founder / Early Leader experience in diagnostics, healthtech, labs, or adjacent healthcare businesses.
  2. Proven track record of building and scaling a business from zero or early stage.
  3. Strong understanding of diagnostics operations, regulations, accreditation, and unit economics.
  4. Entrepreneurial, hands-on, resilient, and deeply execution-oriented.
  5. Ability to operate at both strategy and ground level—from boardroom to lab floor.
  6. Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building capabilities.
