• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams in high-growth startups or fintech companies.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern tech stacks (Java, Python, Node.js, React, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
• Deep understanding of fintech regulations, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
