About the Company
Leading pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing group seeks a strategic CFO to drive financial operations, ensure compliance, and prepare for IPO and global expansion.
Roles and Responsibilites
-Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business plan monitoring aligned with growth goals.
-Oversee IPO preparation, due diligence, SEBI compliance, and liaison with bankers, legal, and regulators.
-Manage costing, pricing, working capital, treasury, investor relations, and cost optimization for manufacturing operations.
-Evaluate new opportunities, structure deals, support M&A, and ensure GAAP/IFRS/statutory compliance in pharma sector.
Skills and qualifications
-Qualified CA with 20+ years in finance leadership, including 5+ years in manufacturing (pharma/FMCG preferred).
-Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, advanced analytics, capital markets, export-import regulations, and R&D funding.
-Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, governance, and risk management skills.
Note - It is a 6 day work week.
