Roles and Responsibilites
-Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders to improve performance, profitability, and governance.
-Drive planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking key variances.
-Provide insights on growth levers, margin enhancement, cost efficiency, and operating effectiveness
-Develop business cases, ROI assessment, and scenario planning for new initiatives and scale-up plans
-Strengthen commercial decision support across pricing, discounts, partner terms, and unit economics
-Drive cost optimization across people, supply, logistics, and service delivery costs
-Monitor and improve working capital metrics (collections, payables, inventory)
-Establish strong financial controls across distributed service locations and operational touchpoints
-Build automated reporting, dashboards & KPI tracking using ERP / BI tools
-Support leadership reviews with accurate reporting, compliance, and data integrity
Skills and qualifications
-CA (preferred) / MBA Finance (Tier-1)
-10-20 Years of post qualification experience
-Strong in financial modelling, forecasting, analytics & business partnering
-Certifications in Financial Modelling / Power BI / FP&A preferred
