About the Company

Our client is a leading consumer brand, recognized for its operational excellence and customer first approach.

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to regional and zonal leadership, translating business priorities into effective people strategies across 500+ retail stores.
  • Own the Regional HR mandate end-to-end, covering manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning at scale.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and capability building initiatives tailored to the unique needs of a large, geographically dispersed retail workforce.
  • Lead employee relations and statutory compliance for the region, ensuring consistent HR governance and risk mitigation.

Skills and qualifications

  • MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR from a reputed institute with strong pedigree.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HRBP and Regional HR roles.
  • Strong background in large-scale retail environments, managing high-volume, geographically dispersed workforces.
  • Proven experience across the full HR lifecycle, manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, ER, and compliance.
  • Ability to partner with senior business leaders, drive people strategy, and manage complexity in a consumer organization.
