• Partner with leadership to provide financial inputs into business strategy and long-term planning.
• Lead annual operating plans, capital budgets, and quarterly forecasts, ensuring clear performance visibility.
• Drive monthly MIS and performance reporting, including variance analysis, product profitability, and working capital insights.
• Lead multi-year financial planning and scenario modelling, covering capital allocation, EBITDA expansion, cash management, and working capital optimisation.
• Provide financial and costing analysis for new products and strategic initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flows and capital expenditure monitoring.
• Lead PE interactions, fundraising, transaction readiness, and investor relations end-to-end.
• Ensure preparation of audited financial statements in line with applicable GAAP and statutory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and compliance across the organisation.
• Lead taxation and finance-led cost reduction initiatives, covering direct and indirect taxes, optimisation, and enterprise-wide cost efficiency programs.
• Drive financial risk management, cost optimisation initiatives, and develop a high-performing finance team.

• CA or MBA (Finance) with 12–18 years of overall finance leadership experience.
• Preferred experience in retail-led businesses, with exposure to multi-store operations and unit economics–driven growth.
• Proven experience in PE-backed environments, including scaling businesses post-investment, managing complex capital structures, and leading fundraising initiatives.
• Strong expertise across financial strategy, audit, governance, and capital allocation, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
