Senior Consultant –Advocacy, Partnerships & External Narrative
About the Company
Our client is an AI-native education infrastructure company transforming how governments, enterprises, and social organizations deliver learning and governance outcomes at population scale. Operating across both B2G and B2B segments, the company partners with state governments, CSR funders, philanthropies, and social enterprises to build intelligent education ecosystems that are both impactful and commercially sustainable.
Roles and Responsibilites
The Senior Consultant – Advocacy, Partnerships & External Narrative is a core role within the Founder’s Office, designed to strengthen the organisation’s external voice, credibility, and influence across advocacy, partnerships, sales narratives, and ecosystem engagement.
This role operates at the intersection of
>Founder-led external engagement and institutional credibility
>External narrative and positioning across public, donor, and enterprise stakeholders
>Policy and ecosystem intelligence relevant to education, governance, and digital public infrastructure
>Strategic partnership evaluation and narrative alignment
>The individual will work closely with the founders and senior leadership to ensure a clear, credible, and consistent external narrative—aligned to its mission, product differentiation, Theory of Change, and commercial sustainability.
This is not a marketing, PR, or communications execution role. It does not own sales, marketing, brand campaigns, agency management, or relationship management. Influence is exercised through strategic narrative shaping, policy insight, and founder enablement, not positional authority.
Key Responsibilities
>Shape, articulate, and steward a coherent external narrative framework that integrates the organisation’s mission and impact ambition, product and platform differentiation, and Theory of Change with clear outcome logic.
>Ensure that all external narratives are credible, evidence-led, and internally consistent across advocacy, partnerships, and sales-facing contexts, grounded in delivery realities, performance data, and impact evidence.
>Actively prevent narrative fragmentation or over-claiming by aligning external messaging with organisational capabilities, implementation maturity, and measurable outcomes.
>Enable founders for high-stakes external engagements across government, donor, CSR, enterprise, and ecosystem forums, including policy dialogues, institutional meetings, panels, and public platforms.
>Develop tailored briefing packs, stakeholder context notes, talking points, and narrative frameworks that clarify objectives, positioning, and anticipated lines of engagement for each interaction.
>Support founders in consistently positioning the organisation as a long-term, institution-grade partner in education infrastructure and digital governance.
>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure narrative alignment across advocacy messaging, partnership pitches, and commercial value propositions.
>Serve as a strategic narrative integrator across functions, ensuring consistency of language and positioning without assuming ownership of targets, pipelines, or campaign execution.
>Support founders and senior leadership in the strategic evaluation and structuring of partnerships across public-sector, donor, CSR, and enterprise contexts.
>Contribute to partnership design by clarifying strategic intent, value exchange, reputational considerations, and narrative alignment.
>Enable cross-functional coordination across Product, Commercial, Delivery, and Impact teams to ensure external commitments are aligned with internal capabilities and priorities.
Note: Ownership of sales execution, marketing operations, agency management, and relationship management remains with the respective teams. All decisions rest with the founders and designated leaders. This role influences outcomes through narrative strategy, ecosystem insight, and trusted advisory support—not authority.
