Roles and Responsibilites
- Content & Thought Leadership
Build a content engine that drives brand awareness and inbound leads across blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and webinars.
Collaborate with founders and customers to create narrative-driven thought leadership around AI in CX, agent productivity, and automation.
- Community & Influencer Marketing
Grow presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Reddit, and Shopify-focused Slack/Discord communities.
Build relationships with CX influencers, Shopify app founders, and agency owners for co-marketing and amplification.
- Events & Partnerships
Conceptualize and execute webinars, panel discussions, and roundtables with partners and customers.
Identify relevant ecosystem events (online and offline) and secure speaking opportunities or partnerships to strengthen brand visibility.
Build co-marketing partnerships with agencies, technology platforms, and ecosystem players (e.g., CX tools, e-commerce platforms, marketing tech providers).
-Growth & Analytics
Set up and manage marketing funnels and analytics to measure ROI across content, events, and influencer programs.
Partner with sales and customer success teams to convert marketing initiatives into qualified leads and active partnerships.
Skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth, content, or ecosystem marketing within SaaS, CX, or e-commerce-focused companies.
- Proven track record of content-led brand building and measurable growth through community- or influencer-driven strategies.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, Shopify, or agency ecosystems.
- Experience planning and executing events and webinars end-to-end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong storytelling ability for founders, operators, and CX leaders.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution, experimentation, and learning.
