Roles and Responsibilites
Own the regional growth charter by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value business opportunities.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, market intelligence, and industry engagement.
Lead the full sales lifecycle including proposals, pitches, client meetings, and commercial negotiations.
Develop strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers to drive conversions and repeat business.
Understand client needs and translate workplace challenges into compelling design-and-build solutions.
Collaborate closely with design, project management, and technical teams to create differentiated, competitive proposals.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery through strong cross-functional coordination.
Contribute to annual business planning, revenue targets, and market expansion initiatives.
Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify partnership opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation with credibility, clarity, and professionalism.
Skills and qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales within design & build, real estate, interiors, or adjacent B2B sectors.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with end-to-end sales ownership.
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand complex client needs and position strategic, value-led solutions.
Strong relationship-building capability with CXO-level stakeholders.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales enablement technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
