Roles and Responsibilites
Track monthly performance, highlight key movements and identify drivers impacting results.
Planning & Budgeting: Support development of operating plans and financial plans aligned to business priorities.
Performance Management: Drive performance reviews to ensure effective P&L and Balance Sheet management and achievement of entity targets.
Reporting & Forecasting: Own monthly/quarterly reporting and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build accurate forecasts for P&L and Cash Flow.
KPI Monitoring & Improvement: Analyse trends across key performance indicators and support initiatives to improve profitability, productivity and efficiency.
Business Cases & Special Projects: Support evaluation of new opportunities through financial modelling and provide actionable recommendations.
Skills and qualifications
-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/MBA Tier 1
-8 to 12 years of experience in FP&A preferably in Consumer/FMCG organisations
Key Skills / Competencies
-Strong business partnering skills and ability to present insights to leadership
-Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and performance management
-Excellent analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
-Ability to drive workstreams independently in a high-paced environment
