About the Company

Our client is an AI-native finance operations platform built for enterprise CFO teams. They help finance move from batch-based, reactive processes to continuous, real-time operations across reconciliation, payables, receivables, close, and reporting. It is powered by AI agents, workflow automation, and a governed data backbone, it delivers accurate books, audit readiness, and faster decision-making at scale.

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery across customer outcomes, internal execution, and team building.
  • Build the delivery function from the ground up: hire, mentor, and manage delivery managers.
  • Drive disciplined execution—weekly reviews, risk logs, executive updates—with transparency as a core value.
  • Establish and enforce delivery processes: scope management, change control, escalation handling, and risk mitigation.
  • Protect the team from chaos by holding the line on commitments and ensuring implementations finish cleanly.
  • Work directly with the CEO, product, and engineering to align delivery with organizational priorities.
  • Stop scope creep early, say no when needed, and ensure delivery is not burdened with product gaps.
  • Shape the delivery organization by setting rhythm, culture, and standards for execution excellence.

Skills and qualifications

  • 13–17 years of experience in delivery leadership, with proven success in complex enterprise implementations (ERP, finance systems, data platforms).
  • Strong track record of building and scaling delivery teams, including hiring and mentoring young talent.
  • Deep expertise in program management fundamentals: risks, dependencies, acceptance criteria, cutover planning.
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, managing pushback, and driving accountability at the executive level.
  • Ability to establish and enforce change control processes with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to deliver honest status updates and escalate issues early.
  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor; thrives in environments where not everything is figured out yet.
