Roles and Responsibilites
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Own and drive end-to-end Talent Management delivery for assigned business domains.
- Design and implement organization structures, role clarity, and ORG matrix optimization in collaboration with business leaders
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, and capability interventions as part of integrated TM delivery
- Leverage people and talent analytics to inform decision-making
Skills and qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience across Talent Management and HR Business Partnering
- Tier-1 MBA
- Hands-on experience in PMS, workforce planning, OD, and organization design
- Exposure to analytics-driven HR decision-making
- Strong exposure to TM delivery within business domains (not limited to COE roles)
