Roles and Responsibilites

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Own and drive end-to-end Talent Management delivery for assigned business domains.
  • Design and implement organization structures, role clarity, and ORG matrix optimization in collaboration with business leaders
  • Support succession planning, talent reviews, and capability interventions as part of integrated TM delivery
  • Leverage people and talent analytics to inform decision-making

Skills and qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience across Talent Management and HR Business Partnering
  • Tier-1 MBA
  • Hands-on experience in PMS, workforce planning, OD, and organization design
  • Exposure to analytics-driven HR decision-making
  • Strong exposure to TM delivery within business domains (not limited to COE roles)
