About the Company
An established Indian pharmaceutical company with a strong legacy and a diverse formulations portfolio, also operating as a CDMO for domestic and global markets, with an expanding presence across Asia and the GCC.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet/exceed revenue goals, managing budgets, P&L, and ensuring effective promotions.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a large sales force (field staff, managers) to drive high performance and productivity.
- Market & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), doctors, government bodies, and associations; shape the market environment.
- Business Growth & Analysis: Identify market opportunities, analyze data, manage product portfolios, and launch new products to expand market share.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align strategies and ensure smooth execution.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Skills and qualifications
Education: B.Pharm /M.Pharm /Science/MBA preferred.
Experience: Senior sales/management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience of working in prescription divisions focusing on specialities like Pediatricians, Orthopedic surgeons, ENTs, Consulting physicians, Surgeons and GP
