About the Company
An established Indian pharmaceutical company with a strong legacy and a diverse formulations portfolio, also operating as a CDMO for domestic and global markets, with an expanding presence across Asia and the GCC.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans, brand strategies, and annual campaigns aligned with business objectives through marketing team.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and interpret clinical data to find growth opportunities and refine messaging.
- Product Launches: Lead new product introductions, from positioning and launch planning to post-launch performance tracking.
- Team leadership: Lead and guide the members of marketing team in their roles, build their capabilities and create a performance culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Content & Campaigns: Oversee creation of marketing materials (brochures, digital content, ads) and manage integrated campaigns (digital, events, PR).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to strict pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
- Budget & Performance: Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, analyze metrics, and report performance to leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and potentially patient groups, and support sales teams with training.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Health Sciences (MBA often preferred).
- More than 7 years of work experience in marketing role, preferably with pharmaceutical products
- Track record of leading a team of marketing professionals
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare system, pharma development, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
· Budget Management
· Preferable experience of working in Paediatric , ENT, Orthopaedic, Neurology, Surgeon, Physician and GP segments.
