Business Finance Lead
About the Company
Our client, a next-generation managed marketplace that enables efficient sourcing of essential commodities for industrial and consumer goods manufacturing. The company is a subsidiary of a global manufacturing group, built with a vision to deliver high-quality products for India and global markets.
Roles and Responsibilites
-Partner with business teams on pricing, deal structuring, margins, and credit evaluation for non-ferrous metal transactions (Aluminium, Zinc, etc.)
-Track profitability at product, customer, and transaction level
-Build and monitor contribution margins, landed cost models, and customer-wise P&Ls
-Support new business models including vendor financing, JIT inventory, and customer-linked procurement.
-Own working capital planning across inventory, receivables, payables, and cash flow forecasting.
-Ensure timely MIS, cash flow reporting, and management dashboards
-Drive internal controls, SOPs, audit readiness, and auditor coordination
Skills and qualifications
-Chartered Accountant (CA)
-4–6 years of post-qualification experience
-Strong exposure to business finance / commercial finance
-Experience in commodities, metals, industrial trading, or manufacturing preferred
-Working knowledge of pricing, margins, working capital, and treasury
-Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
