Operating at large scale with millions of daily customer interactions, it helps lenders automate collections and sales workflows while ensuring compliance, performance, and customer experience. Roles and Responsibilites

This role will drive enterprise business growth across Banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs by owning the complete sales lifecycle. The mandate involves selling a new category solution and building long-term, outcome-driven partnerships with BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end enterprise sales, from prospecting to closure and implementation success.

Lead CXO and senior stakeholder conversations across business, operations, and compliance.

Drive adoption by deeply understanding collections, sales, and calling operations.

Build a strong revenue pipeline and contribute directly to growth.

Skills and qualifications

4-8 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within BFSI or Fintech.

Strong understanding of BFSI buying cycles and stakeholder dynamics.

Comfortable selling consultative, outcome-led solutions.

Execution-oriented with high ownership and pace.

Preferred: SaaS / AI / workflow sales experience; exposure to collections, loan ops, or call center ecosystems.
