Roles and Responsibilites
Own brand strategy and positioning across cafés / restaurants
Drive footfall-led growth via campaigns, LSM, promotions, and launches
Lead ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, and in-store marketing
Build and scale CRM, loyalty, and repeat-visit programs
Partner closely with operations and category teams to align marketing with execution
Own marketing budgets, ROI, and agency management
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
Skills and qualifications
12+ years of experience in QSR / coffee / foodservice brands only
Strong understanding of store-led marketing and local activation
Proven experience driving brand growth and footfalls at scale
Exposure to multi-city operations and high-frequency consumers
Comfortable in founder-led, fast-paced environments
