About the Company
Our client is a scaled financial services platform looking to strengthen its digital brand presence and investor engagement. The Lead – Digital Initiatives will play a critical role in shaping and executing the firm’s digital marketing and brand strategy, with a clear focus on building awareness, credibility, and trust among retail investors.
This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional with strong execution capability and experience in regulated environments such as financial services or fintech.
Roles and Responsibilites
Digital Marketing & Brand Building
Define and execute digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recall.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints including web, social, and app platforms.
Support long-term brand-building objectives through targeted digital efforts.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across social media, websites, mobile apps, and paid channels.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and at scale.
Support go-to-market activities for new products and marketing initiatives.
Content & Social Media
Oversee digital content across social media, blogs, and owned platforms.
Enable creation of simple, compliant, and trustworthy content for retail investors.
Drive user engagement and community building across social channels.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, brand growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and generate actionable insights.
Recommend improvements based on data and campaign learnings.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all digital communication adheres to SEBI regulations and internal compliance guidelines.
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to review and approve digital content.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage and mentor internal team members and external agency partners.
Collaborate closely with product, PR, and growth teams to align digital initiatives.
Support budget planning, vendor management, and execution timelines.
Skills and qualifications
8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, brand, or digital initiatives roles.
Prior experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or stock broking preferred.
Strong understanding of digital channels including social media, content, paid media, and owned platforms.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing marketing agencies.
Comfort working in regulated environments with a high focus on compliance and accuracy.
