• Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support subsidiary and group-level consolidation.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation, GST compliance, transfer pricing, and statutory audits for seamless integration with the listed parent.
• Lead treasury operations, including cash flow management and banking relationships.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, MCA, and RBI regulations; prepare board packs, investor reports, and consolidated financials.
• Drive cost optimization, internal controls, ERP implementation (e.g., SAP/Tally), and team development for a lean finance function.
• Collaborate with group finance on funding, capex planning, and risk management.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on financial performance and business growth.

• Chartered Accountant with 12-16 years of progressive experience.
• Has team management experience
• Proven expertise in accounting, taxation (direct/indirect), and treasury; prior experience in a listed company or large subsidiary preferred.
• Strong track record in Ind AS/IFRS compliance, audit management, and subsidiary financials.
• Experience in manufacturing/services/consumer sectors
