They help finance move from batch-based, reactive processes to continuous, real-time operations across reconciliation, payables, receivables, close, and reporting. It is powered by AI agents, workflow automation, and a governed data backbone, it delivers accurate books, audit readiness, and faster decision-making at scale.

Own program-level visibility across multiple client implementations

• Coordinate cross-account dependencies, resource allocation, and capacity planning
• Run steering committees and executive reviews with client leadership
• Track risks, issues, and escalations across the delivery portfolio
• Step in to course-correct when implementations go off track
• Work with Delivery Managers to ensure individual accounts stay on plan
• Coordinate with product and engineering on platform dependencies and blockers
• Establish program governance: reporting cadence, escalation paths, decision

frameworks

• Drive change control and scope management at the program level
• Build and maintain client relationships at the executive level

10–12 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in client-facing program

management, delivery, or consulting

• Track record managing programs across multiple concurrent enterprise implementations
• Experience with senior client stakeholders: steering committees, executive reporting,

escalation management

• Strong program management fundamentals: dependency tracking, critical path, resource

planning, risk management

• Proficiency with program/project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana,

Monday.com, or similar)

• Technical fluency: can understand system integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform

architecture

• Clear communication; can translate between technical and business audiences
• Experience in finance technology, ERP, or enterprise SaaS preferred
