About the Company

Our Client helps enterprise finance teams move from batch work to continuous operations. Their AI-native platform automates reconciliation, payables, receivables, close, and reporting so finance stays accurate, audit-ready, and fast at scale.

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Own delivery outcomes for assigned enterprise accounts across multiple concurrent projects
  • Manage scope, plans, risks, and escalations end-to-end
  • Allocate and coordinate resources across parallel workstreams
  • Run weekly project reviews; maintain risk logs and escalation paths
  • Establish and enforce change control with clients; say no when needed
  • Drive client-side decisions: requirements sign-off, UAT, cutover plans, go-live readiness
  • Prepare and present honest status updates to client executives and internal leadership
  • Coordinate with product and engineering to unblock issues and address gaps
  • Mentor junior team members; help build processes as we scale the function

Skills and qualifications

Good Fit: -

  • Has run complex enterprise implementations before—finance systems, ERP, data platforms
  • Comfortable with senior stakeholders and pushback
  • Thinks in risks, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and cutover plans
  • Cares about honest status over comfortable status
  • Can hold the line on scope while maintaining client relationships
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; can build process where none exists

Required Qualifications: -

  • 10–12 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in enterprise delivery, implementation, or

consulting

  • Track record delivering complex projects for large companies
  • Experience managing multiple projects and resources simultaneously
  • Strong fundamentals: WBS, critical path, risk management, change control
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise clients: steering committees, executive reporting,

stakeholder management

  • Clear communication; can translate between technical and business audiences

Nice to Have: -

  • Experience in finance technology, accounting systems, or fintech
  • Background in Big 4 consulting or enterprise software delivery (Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite)
  • Familiarity with finance processes: close, consolidation, reporting, FP&A
  • Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments
