-Lead statutory, standalone, and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities

-Ensure clean audits and strong Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

-Oversee quarterly/annual closes, board reporting, and governance requirements

-Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and business teams on regulatory and compliance matters

-Drive ERP optimization and automation initiatives (SAP/BI tools/AI platforms)

-Standardize processes and build Centres of Excellence

-Lead and mentor large, multi-location accounting teams

-Support enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives

-Chartered Accountant (CA)

-15+ years post-qualification experience in corporate accounting/financial reporting

-Experience with a listed organization (₹8,000+ Cr+ revenue scale)

-Proven track record of managing large, multi-location teams

-Strong expertise in IND AS/IFRS, taxation, and listed company compliance

-ERP-led and automation-driven mindset

-Experience in complex, multi-entity environments preferred

-Enterprise-level leadership mandate with high visibility to CXO/Board
