About the Company

Our client is a design-led, fast-growing organization operating at the intersection of architecture, sustainability, and commercial real estate, delivering premium solutions for modern workspaces, developments, and urban environments.

Roles and Responsibilites

-Drive revenue growth across project and service offerings in the West region.

-Lead end-to-end project sales and build strong relationships with architects, PMCs, IFMs, developers, and corporate clients.

-Scale and manage multi-city business development teams with strong pipeline and CRM discipline.

-Expand strategic partnerships and strengthen market presence within the design and real estate ecosystem.

-Ensure sales process excellence, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional coordination for seamless execution.

Skills and qualifications

EXPERIENCE

− 10–18 years in B2B project sales, interior products, workspace design, architectural

or real estate solutions.

− Proven track record leading multi-city sales teams.

− Must have a strong and active network of commercial architects, PMCs, IFMs,

contractors, and corporate clients across Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

− Strong relationships within the IPC/IFM ecosystem preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

− Strong leadership and team-building capability

− High relationship-building ability across architects, PMCs, IFMs, contractors &

corporates

− Consultative solution selling & negotiation excellence

− Deep understanding of commercial interiors and project sales cycles

− Structured planning, forecasting, and pipeline management

− Executive presence and strong communication skills
