Lead and own end-to-end fundraising mandates — from deal sourcing, client acquisition, and investor engagement through to closure

Drive top-line revenue and manage individual P&L

Originate and convert new business opportunities by building a strong personal pipeline of founders, companies, and referral networks

Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality execution

12+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or M&A/fundraising roles with direct deal execution exposure specifically in the Consumer domain

Demonstrated ability to originate, lead, and close capital raises above USD 10M, ideally in the technology or growth-stage ecosystem

Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue generation, and relationship-building across the startup and investor ecosystem
