Our client is a fast growing series C staged startup in Food & Technology.
Roles and Responsibilites
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven International Sales Head to lead and expand our global business for Ready-to-Eat (RTE) snack products. The role is responsible for driving international revenue growth, building strong distributor networks, and establishing our brand across key global markets.
Identify and develop new international markets for RTE snacks (retail, modern trade, ethnic trade, and food service).
Appoint and manage distributors, importers, and channel partners across regions.
Lead market entry strategies including pricing, positioning, and product portfolio selection.
Build long-term partnerships with international distributors and key retail chains.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and promotional plans.
Ensure strong in-market execution, visibility, and sales performance.
Build and lead an international sales team (regional managers, export executives).
Set KPIs, track performance, and mentor team members.
Foster a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.
Skills and qualifications
Experience: 10–18 years in FMCG/food exports, with at least 5+ years in a senior international sales role
Strong experience in Ready-to-Eat foods, snacks, packaged foods, or similar FMCG categories
Proven track record of managing global distributors and export markets
Experience in regions such as Middle East, North America, Europe, Africa, or APAC
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and food compliance
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel internationally as required
