About the Company
Our client is a large-scale FMCG major with a strong legacy, nationwide presence, and a diversified portfolio across high-consumption categories. The organization offers a performance-driven environment with a strong focus on leadership depth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilites
– Drive sales, distribution, and revenue delivery across assigned states with a strong focus on execution excellence.
– Strengthen GT/MT presence, optimize channel mix, and enhance distributor networks.
– Develop region-specific strategies using consumer insights, competition mapping, and market intelligence.
– Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams across clusters and territories.
– Ensure process compliance, forecasting accuracy, and seamless cross-functional coordination.
Skills and qualifications
Pedigree is mandatory, top-tier education or strong professional pedigree required.
5-10 years of experience in large, structured FMCG companies.
Beverage industry experience is preferred (not compulsory).
Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of GT/MT channels.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-state operations.
