Roles and Responsibilites
- Strategy Development: Define and execute customer marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Consumer Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction across retail and digital channels.
- Campaign Management: Lead the design and rollout of innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, trade marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-focused programs.
- Insights & Analytics: Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing customer marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven investments.
Skills and qualifications
- 12-15 years in a FMCG organization with a focus on trade & customer marketing
- MBA from tier 1 B School
- Current/Preferred Location: Bengaluru
