Roles and Responsibilites
The core of this position involves the end-to-end planning and execution of sophisticated performance campaigns across Google and Meta ecosystems, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max channels. You will be responsible for defining bidding strategies and conducting continuous A/B testing to drive customer acquisition while maintaining strict alignment with brand goals. Beyond execution, the role requires deep-dive data analysis into metrics such as acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return-to-origin percentages to maximize overall return on investment. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets and work with internal stakeholders to manage marketing budgets effectively. Additionally, you will oversee campaign integration with e-commerce platforms and provide strategic recommendations for website merchandising and customer journey enhancements to improve the overall conversion funnel.
Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least three years dedicated specifically to a D2C environment. Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Meta advertising is non-negotiable, as is a profound understanding of industry-specific KPIs like CAC, CVR, and lifetime value forecasting. We require a professional who is highly skilled in performance forecasting, revenue planning, and using advanced attribution tools to guide data-led decision-making. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento is essential, complemented by strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. Candidates who bring additional exposure to affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, or top-funnel brand media planning will be highly regarded.
