Roles and Responsibilites
Lead the Fans product P&L and growth agenda for Maharashtra
Strengthen and expand distribution across key markets including Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, and rest of Maharashtra
Build strong relationships with electricians, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers
Design & execute channel schemes, trade promotions, and GTM activities to drive category pull
Partner with the zonal sales team to drive productivity, market coverage, and SKU penetration
Conduct competition mapping, pricing intelligence, and channel analytics
Manage demand planning, inventory health, and sales forecasting for the Fans business
Skills and qualifications
8–14 years of experience in Fans
Deep understanding of Maharashtra’s electrical trade ecosystem
Demonstrated success in scaling product categories or driving wire-specific portfolios
Strong influence and relationships with key electrical channel partners
Execution-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with fast-paced growth environments
