Roles and Responsibilites
✔ Build and scale businesses from scratch to ₹2,000–5,000 Cr+ AUM
✔ Lead sales, distribution, partnerships & revenue growth
✔ Launch and scale diverse lending/financial products
✔ Strengthen go-to-market strategy and new market expansion
✔ Build and lead high-performing, outcome-focused teams
✔ Own full P&L and deliver growth at speed
Skills and qualifications
✔ A proven fintech/NBFC operator with strong P&L ownership
✔ Have built or scaled businesses to meaningful AUM scale
✔ Growth-driven, aspirational, and execution-focused
✔ Comfortable in fast-paced, PE-backed environments
✔ A leader who enjoys building more than maintaining
